Returns
Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused
• The packaging remains sealed
• The product is in original condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
