Panadora sells fragrance products internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that fragrance and alcohol-based cosmetic products are permitted for import into their country.
Panadora shall not be responsible for customs restrictions, import regulations, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities.
Any additional fees charged by customs or courier services are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders refused by customs authorities may not be eligible for refund if the refusal is based on local import restrictions.
